Home Bound Ministry

The parish provides a communion service to the homebound after the Sunday 8:30 am mass. The minister commonly arrives between 9:45 and 11:00 am.

The short ceremony consists of prayers and readings before reception of the host. Catholic caregivers are eligible to receive.

The hosts have just been consecrated at the mass, so their reception is symbolic of participation in worship with the attending congregation in receiving the Body of Christ.
